At Blue Reef Live Logistics, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and time-sensitive delivery of all live aquatic livestock. Every shipment is packed with professional care and shipped via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air to ensure optimal arrival conditions.

Packing Standards
To maintain the highest level of safety and temperature stability during transit, we follow strict packing guidelines:

Every 2 lbs = 1 bag of fish

Each box holds up to 4 bags
-
Each box must be completely full to ship

All boxes include:

Insulated liners
-
Oxygenated and securely sealed bags
-
Heat or cold packs as needed
-
Protective padding to prevent shifting
-
These guidelines help ensure that livestock remains stable throughout transit and arrives in the best possible condition.
Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday–Thursday only

No shipping on weekends or holidays
-
Orders placed after the daily cutoff will ship the next available business day

We do not ship during severe weather or conditions that may risk livestock safety
Live Arrival Guarantee
Your order is protected by our Live Arrival Guarantee, provided the following conditions are met:
Customer Responsibilities

You must contact us within 2 hours of the delivery window (based on the carrier’s tracking timestamp)

You must submit the following proof immediately:

Clear photos of the fish in the original, unopened bags
-
Unedited videos showing the livestock inside the sealed bags
-

Someone must be present to receive the package at the time of delivery

Do not open, acclimate, or dispose of the fish before submitting proof

Guarantee Conditions

Guarantee covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock only

Fish removed from shipping bags before documentation void the guarantee

Carrier delays, weather delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses void the guarantee

Refunds are store credits only and are issued for livestock only, not shipping costs
